Well this is very interesting, especially as we return to work this month after summer holidays. I’d like to add to this article about posture the importance of healthy feet and its relation to good posture–and being successful at your job. Nothing is more aging that someone struggling at her 9-to-5 with feet that hurt, what it does to ones gait. Whereas with healthy feet, there’s always a lift, a bounce, that transcends age and translates as energy!
